NDIS Services
Support Coordination
Level 2 support coordination- help you build and support your own care design and service structure that suits your needs. Transportation assistance: At Accordance, we will safely and in a timely manner connect you with a support worker who can transport you for medical appointments, or for fun, like socialising with friends!
Advanced Care
Accordance prides its high quality professional experience in intensive care for wide range of ages and conditions, built from here would be extension of specialised complex care provision. Specialist 24/7 home care and nursing for those with neurological injuries ( aquired, congential and traumatic), ABI & other complex disabilities. We offer disability care services from as little as 3 hours per day and up to 24 hours per day.
Daily Activities
Your activities of daily living can be unique. Accordance can connect you with friendly and verified support workers to transport you or your loved one to get around and stay connected with your community. We can provide respite care to your loved one from the comfort of your home, rather than relocating them to a residential facility.
